His Excellency Jasper Johnson, the 7th OCHIALI of AHUNWO kingdom, hails from Portharcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. An esteemed political science and public administration graduate from the University of Abuja, he briefly served as a Strategic Youth Adviser during President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's tenure. Honored with a Doctorate from the Humanitarian Organization of Pakistan, he has received numerous traditional chieftaincy awards and holds the prestigious titles of Enyioha 1 of Enugu state and Ambassador of Peace for the United Nations.

Elected as the traditional Prime Minister in 2009, he is a multifaceted individual, contributing to various organizations, councils, and boards as a serial entrepreneur, creative expert, and investor. Recognizing his passion for the African film industry, he founded the Afro International Film Market and Festival. His commitment extends to his family; he is married with beautiful children.
